Responsibilities
- Develop robust, scalable systems using Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL.
- Lead projects from technical discovery and design through to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance user workflows.
- Build and maintain scalable APIs and cloud-native applications.
- Contribute to a healthy engineering culture through mentorship and collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
- Experience with or interest in React Native and mobile applications.
- Strong skills in building and maintaining REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience owning features end-to-end from concept to production.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
- Proactive in identifying edge cases and balancing quality with speed.
- Strong collaboration skills across disciplines.
