Base Salary
$250k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Technical Lead Architect for Ironclad’s document and record service.
- Drive technical strategy and decisions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to unlock new feature capabilities and AI innovation.
- Mentor and provide feedback to other engineers to cultivate engineering excellence.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to build features.
- Define and maintain testing strategies in partnership with quality engineers.
- Interview and recruit talented engineers to grow the team.
- Build and apply AI tools and features for contract intelligence.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software experience in architecting and maintaining complex backend systems.
- Demonstrated leadership across teams and a focus on improving technical architecture.
- Passion for software engineering and delivering high-quality products.
- Experience leveraging AI tooling to enhance execution quality and velocity.
- Hands-on experience shipping valuable products to production with user feedback.
- Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
