Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop secure, well-tested, and performant features and improvements.
- Maintain high standards for software quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Work with company leadership to guide market entry.
- Interact with potential customers and the community to drive adoption.
- Write maintainable code that follows internal style and best-practice standards.
- Advocate for coding standards through code reviews and other cultural practices.
- Demonstrate progress during weekly internal demos.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience.
- Experience designing and shipping commercially available software products at scale.
- Experience building and shipping self-service B2B SaaS products at scale.
- Expert knowledge of at least one major systems programming language.
- Ability to learn TypeScript or Rust.
- Experience shipping serverless software on AWS or experience with distributed systems.
- Experience working at a fast-growing startup.
- Fluency with GitHub, AWS, Auth0, TypeScript, Rust, GitHub Copilot, and Claude.
- Ability to work remotely, asynchronously, and independently.
- Strong time management habits and a quiet working environment.
- Ability to work in a fully remote organization.
- Authorization to work in the United States; immigration visa sponsorship is not provided.
- Ability to travel for in-person company planning and events.
