Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop secure and performant software features.
- Maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with leadership to guide market entry.
- Engage with customers and the community to drive adoption.
- Ensure code meets internal standards for style and maintainability.
- Advocate for coding standards through reviews and cultural practices.
- Demonstrate progress during weekly internal demos.
Requirements
- Experience designing and shipping commercially available software products at scale.
- Experience building and shipping self-service B2B SaaS products.
- Expert knowledge of at least one major systems programming language.
- Ability to learn Typescript or Rust.
- Experience with serverless software on AWS or distributed systems.
- Experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Strong time management skills and a quiet working environment.
- Fluency in technologies like GitHub, AWS, Auth0, TypeScript, Rust, GitHub Copilot, and Claude.
- At least 12 years of experience.
