Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and lead discussions to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Design technical architectures for custom developments and third-party system integrations.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ERP customizations, interfaces, and business applications.
- Design and implement REST APIs and web services for client-system integrations.
- Perform advanced SQL and PL/SQL development with attention to performance, quality, and maintainability.
- Create and maintain reports, data extractions, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Participate in testing and solution validation.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support and mentor less experienced consultants and developers.
- Improve development standards, tools, and working methods.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP customization, application development, or systems integration.
- Excellent SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
- Significant experience designing and developing REST APIs and web services.
- Good knowledge of Oracle database-related issues and technologies.
- Experience creating reports, data extractions, and reporting solutions.
- Good understanding of industrial and financial business processes.
- Ability to translate complex functional requirements into suitable technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills with business, technical, and decision-making stakeholders.
- Strong autonomy, analytical ability, and capacity to lead technical subjects end to end.
- Experience supporting or mentoring more junior colleagues.
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of English.
