Salesforce Core Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Act as the primary Salesforce Core Platform subject matter expert supporting enterprise project delivery and Agentforce and AI readiness.
- Architect and guide scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform, including data modeling, sharing, security, governance, and multi-org strategy.
- Create application and technical design documents, data flows, system diagrams, blueprints, and other technical artifacts.
- Define integration development practices and enterprise architecture standards, and guide environment management.
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards for Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Translate client requirements and business processes into Salesforce product solutions and integrations.
- Lead technical and business meetings, facilitate executive stakeholder discussions, and align technology strategy with business value and ROI.
- Conduct solution testing and validation, troubleshoot implementation issues, and drive proactive risk mitigation.
- Travel to client sites for discovery sessions and solution presentations, estimated at 25%.
Requirements
- Required direct experience designing and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or another Salesforce Core solution for enterprise use cases.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, sharing and security architecture, governor limits, metadata, multi-org and landscape strategy, and declarative-versus-programmatic trade-offs.
- Experience documenting solutions clearly through data flows, system diagrams, and technical artifacts.
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Platform Events API patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with business systems through ETL, middleware, or legacy CRM platforms.
- Ability to lead technical meetings, conduct solution testing and validation, and communicate complex concepts to tactical and executive audiences.
- An engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Preferred: 5+ years of direct experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and the broader Lightning Platform.
- Preferred: 8+ years in solution or technical architecture or consulting focused on enterprise application design and complex integrations.
- Preferred familiarity with Agentforce, platform-native automation and AI tooling, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, Data Cloud, and functional domains such as Finance, Telco, or Retail.
- Application/System Architect credentials and six or more Core certifications plus Agentforce Specialist and Data 360 certifications are highly regarded or preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment and adapt as the team scales.
