Base Salary
$150k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand ML workloads and infrastructure constraints.
- Architect end-to-end solutions for data pipelines, distributed training, and high-throughput inference systems.
- Translate business goals into technical system design decisions.
- Design and optimize workloads across GPU clusters.
- Advise on training vs inference cluster design and storage strategies.
- Support deployments on Kubernetes and manage GPU scheduling.
- Build and deliver technical demos and POCs.
- Act as a bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams.
- Create technical content and architecture guides.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering.
- Strong understanding of training vs inference workloads.
- Experience with GPU clusters and distributed training systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
- Strong Python skills, preferably with PyTorch.
- Ability to explain complex infrastructure and ML tradeoffs clearly.
