Responsibilities
- Implement SailPoint cloud IGA solutions and support IGA transformations and migrations.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders, operations teams, and customers.
- Develop and configure SailPoint workflows, rules, connectors, provisioning and de-provisioning, reconciliation, and self-service password/profile management.
- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, SAP role-based applications, and other enterprise or in-house applications.
- Customize user interfaces and branding, troubleshoot defects, identify root causes, and resolve bugs during SIT and UAT.
- Assess applications for onboarding and configure SailPoint connectors.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with identity management using SailPoint cloud IGA solutions.
- Experience developing workflows, rules, and custom connectors in SailPoint cloud IGA solutions.
- Good understanding of SailPoint compliance and lifecycle management modules.
- Ability to integrate enterprise or in-house applications with SailPoint.
- Understanding of identity and access management lifecycle processes.
- Experience onboarding applications using different connectors.
- Good understanding of and hands-on experience with Java-based technologies.
- Integration with at least one authoritative identity source is desirable.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with curiosity to learn new technologies.
