Base Salary
$175k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Designer and engineers to translate Figma designs into production-ready React and TypeScript.
- Own and evolve Serval's design system implementation and shared component library.
- Leverage AI-assisted workflows to enhance the design-to-code pipeline.
- Build and refine the Serval product experience.
- Design and implement motion and micro-interactions for the product.
- Maintain visual and interaction consistency across all product surfaces.
- Establish standards for front-end craft, component architecture, and accessibility.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a frontend engineer with a strong design background.
- Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Fluency in Figma for precise design implementation.
- Strong eye for typography, spacing, motion, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries.
- Judgment to navigate tradeoffs between quality and speed.
- Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one product development.
