Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain web-based applications using ServiceNow.
- Edit and research website content to keep it current and relevant.
- Document technical designs and specifications.
- Troubleshoot web application performance and functionality issues.
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs within ServiceNow environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead quality and timely delivery of web applications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience developing with ServiceNow.
- Proficiency as a ServiceNow developer, including TNI.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing and maintaining web applications using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot web application performance and functionality issues.
- Knowledge of integrating third-party tools and APIs within ServiceNow environments.
- Knowledge of web security and data protection best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
