Base Salary
$89k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and debug software applications and systems.
- Complete software builds using established development practices, tools, common components, and documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and automated testing to maintain software quality.
- Support and monitor software across test, integration, and production environments.
- Follow security and regulatory best practices to ensure software compliance.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or comparable experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java with hands-on enterprise application development experience.
- Knowledge of distributed multi-tiered systems, algorithms, NoSQL databases, and relational databases.
- Knowledge of tools used to plan, analyze, build, test, configure, and maintain applications.
- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with software engineering, application design, software development, automated testing, object-oriented design and coding, distributed systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
- Experience with Agile software development practices, including Scrum, Kanban, iterations, and user stories.
- Experience with automation testing and automated, functional, and performance documentation.
