Responsibilities
- Design a highly scalable, mission-critical brokerage system.
- Develop and enhance middle- and back-office systems, including gRPC microservices and a React-based UI.
- Collaborate with core teams to enhance the framework for multiple languages and markets.
- Troubleshoot incidents and reported bugs to maintain system integrity.
- Act as incident commander during regional business hours.
- Support regional recruitment initiatives and mentor engineering talent.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Go or similar backend languages.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
- Ability to lead and troubleshoot incidents effectively.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and software engineering experience.
- Experience with event-driven design and ability to work independently in a remote team.
