Responsibilities
- Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Enhance existing ServiceNow modules to improve workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience.
- Integrate ServiceNow with FAA enterprise systems and data repositories to support interoperability and a unified system of record.
- Gather requirements and design integration solutions aligned with digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Apply software development lifecycle practices to deliver ServiceNow enhancements and integrations.
- Support business process reengineering, standardization, documentation, governance, knowledge transition, and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and 9 years of experience, including 7–9 years of relevant ITSM and ServiceNow experience.
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Must be a citizen or green card holder with 3 years of residency.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer certifications are strongly preferred.
- Scrum/Agile experience and familiarity with supporting FedRAMP-authorized software are preferred.
