Responsibilities
- Own product areas from concept through deployment.
- Build and ship features to production daily for AI-agent recruiting systems.
- Develop and iterate on software using TypeScript and React.
- Use AI-assisted coding workflows and work with LLM APIs where applicable.
- Transition prototypes toward scalable, high-quality systems when appropriate.
- Talk with customers and iterate based on their feedback.
- Work directly with the CTO and founding engineering team on product direction.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Startup mindset with high agency, resourcefulness, and strong ownership.
- Ability to work quickly, create value, and own projects through completion.
- Experience with LLM APIs is a bonus.
