Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, performant systems that address content safety problems.
- Design and implement robust, modular, readable, and maintainable software components.
- Implement and maintain stateless and stateful agentic flows for multi-step AI orchestration pipelines.
- Develop and test validation gates, routing logic, and tool-use schemas for deterministic and compliant autonomous safety agents.
- Build and deploy production-grade content safety solutions in server-side and on-device environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- At least 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure, including areas such as model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- At least 1 year of experience with speech/audio, reinforcement learning, or another ML specialization.
- Preferred: experience integrating generative AI APIs, foundation model SDKs, and cloud-hosted models into software applications.
- Preferred: experience designing clean software components, modular interfaces, and robust data models in complex systems.
- Preferred: experience implementing or testing agentic flows and multi-step AI orchestration pipelines, including prompt engineering and tool-use schemas.
- Preferred: understanding of ML concepts and how large language models work.
- Preferred: familiarity with or interest in responsible AI, factuality, policy enforcement, or adversarial defense.
