Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex front-end interfaces using React.js and related technologies.
- Architect and build scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Translate business requirements and wireframes into functional software with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to developers on front-end and back-end practices.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and conduct code reviews focused on quality, performance, and security.
- Optimize application speed, scalability, and responsiveness and resolve complex production and non-production issues.
- Evaluate and adopt technologies and frameworks that improve application performance and developer productivity.
- Participate in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle, including planning, design, deployment, and maintenance.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Extensive hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong Java back-end development experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or TeamCity, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Bachelor’s or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is a plus.
