Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, support, and optimize RPA and AI automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Python, and Selenium.
  • Build reusable automation frameworks, components, scripts, bot libraries, browser automations, and enterprise workflow solutions.
  • Develop AI-powered agents and orchestration workflows using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, foundation models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
  • Build AWS-based automation and integration solutions using Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch.
  • Develop APIs, microservices, data workflows, and integration layers connecting automation solutions with SAP, ServiceNow, GEP SMART, GEP Quantum, ERP systems, and internal applications.
  • Support GEP SMART and GEP Quantum implementation, configuration, workflow automation, integration, testing, data validation, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Analyze procurement processes and identify opportunities to improve automation coverage, compliance, user experience, cycle time, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with procurement, business transformation, IT, platform, and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, compliant, and business-relevant solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in RPA, intelligent automation, automation engineering, or solutions development.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise or global-business automation solutions and hands-on experience with UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or a similar RPA platform.
  • Experience with Python, Selenium, scripting, APIs, automation frameworks, browser automation, and automated interaction with enterprise web applications.
  • Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, cloud services, SAP, ServiceNow, ERP systems, GEP SMART, GEP Quantum, or workflow platforms.
  • Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, Amazon Bedrock, and AgentCore or similar cloud capabilities.
  • Knowledge of AI, GenAI, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, NLP, OCR, AI agents, and AI-based automation use cases.
  • Hands-on experience with GEP SMART, GEP Quantum, or similar source-to-contract or source-to-pay procurement platforms.
  • Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, sourcing, supplier management, contracting, purchasing, or finance transformation programs.
  • Understanding of secure development, error handling, logging, monitoring, production support, Agile delivery, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise release management.
  • Preferred qualifications include AWS, UiPath, Power Automate, AI, or cloud certifications; familiarity with data analytics, process mining, or business process management tools; and experience in global, matrixed enterprises.
