Responsibilities
- Support ongoing production maintenance for PeopleSoft HCM Human Resources and Benefits Administration functionality.
- Design, develop, unit test, implement, and support custom PeopleSoft solutions and application enhancements.
- Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations, including Integration Broker and file-based interfaces.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, business analysts, QA/Test teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support PeopleTools upgrades, PeopleSoft Update Manager Images, application implementations, and production initiatives.
- Manage priorities independently, collaborate across teams, and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Knowledge of and experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources, Benefits Administration, ePerformance, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, and Talent Acquisition Manager is preferred.
- Familiarity with Medicare Part B and IRMAA processing for custom retiree benefits applications is preferred.
- Experience with PeopleTools 8.60 or later, including Fluid pages, components, and related portal technologies, is preferred.
- Proficiency with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Application Packages, SOR, and SOL is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Application Designer, Data Mover, Query Manager, Integration Broker, BlPublisher, Process Scheduler, and Process Monitor is preferred.
- Familiarity with the STAT change management tool, Microsoft SOL Server, Oracle Database, CA Scheduler Tool, and basic PeopleSoft administration is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
- Experience working on enterprise-wide projects is required.
- Qualifying paths include a related bachelor’s degree and four years of related experience, a related associate degree and six years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree and eight years of related experience, or equivalent education and/or experience.
