Base Salary
$135k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support and operate Palantir software through monitoring, alerting, configuration management, and upgrades
- Deploy Palantir products at customer sites and migrate deployments to newer infrastructure types
- Debug, improve, and optimize services and infrastructure for reliability and scalability
- Automate workflows, processes, and runbooks to reduce manual operations
- Provide technical troubleshooting for production issues and participate in a support on-call schedule
- Develop solutions in the Foundry and Apollo platforms for infrastructure challenges
Requirements
- Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science
- Demonstrated coding proficiency in Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Active US security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems using observability tools and service logs
- Comfort working with large-scale production systems involving load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, or configuration management
- Ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, and collaborate across multifunctional teams
