Base Salary
$130k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build autonomous and semi-autonomous agent workflows that interact with browsers, codebases, and APIs.
- Evaluate model behavior in live environments and apply reinforcement learning to agent systems.
- Design modular frameworks for tools, memory, and evaluators for continuous learning.
- Develop data pipelines for collecting and annotating real-world usage data.
- Design and build proprietary agent libraries and benchmarking frameworks.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to align AI behaviors with user expectations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in AI/ML applications.
- Strong fluency in AI tooling such as OpenAI and Anthropic APIs.
- Practical understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic architectures.
- Experience building production systems that integrate external environments.
- High degree of ownership and comfort in fast-moving experimental environments.
