Responsibilities
- Design and build event-driven and batch integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O, Power Platform, and enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Build and maintain Azure Data Factory and Synapse pipelines for data movement, transformation, reconciliation, batch loads, incremental loads, and data-quality checks.
- Define, version, document, and validate JSON payload contracts and message schemas.
- Implement error handling, retries, idempotency, dead-letter patterns, and production observability with Application Insights and Azure Monitor.
- Integrate Dataverse, Power Automate, model-driven apps, and canvas apps with D365 and enterprise systems.
- Own the integration lifecycle in Azure DevOps, including design, development, testing, CI/CD deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
- Support data conversion and migration activities, including mock loads, technical validation, and source-to-target reconciliation.
- Provide L3 production support, perform root-cause analysis, and manage fixes with the AMS partner.
- Create technical designs, runbooks, and integration specifications, and review other developers' designs and code.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of software or integration engineering experience, including at least 2 years building production integrations on Azure.
- Experience delivering an enterprise ERP or CRM integration program from design through go-live and hypercare.
- Proficiency with Azure Service Bus, Azure Function Apps using C#/.NET or Python, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines, JSON, REST/OData APIs, SQL, and Azure SQL Database.
- Experience with Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and KQL, Git-based source control, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with SAFe Agile or Scrum delivery models and Azure DevOps backlog, pipeline, and release management.
- Dynamics 365 F&O or CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Kingswaysoft, SSIS, or regulated-industry experience is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications such as AZ-204, AZ-305, DP-203, or PL-400 are preferred.
