Base Salary
$125k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, SPM/PPM, and FSM.
- Create and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, MID server configurations, and custom scripts.
- Gather requirements from product owners and stakeholders and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and configure portal views using AngularJS, Bootstrap, and ServiceNow widgets.
- Troubleshoot existing applications, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements.
- Lead and participate in ServiceNow upgrade and migration projects.
- Maintain security configurations including ACLs, roles, and group management.
- Create documentation and provide training to end users and technical teams.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for system performance and business processes.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow security model, ACLs, and user/group administration.
- Experience with API development, Service Portal, and custom ServiceNow applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, Java, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and SQL.
- Experience developing ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with custom application development and scoped applications.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust eligibility.
- Must reside in the DC-MD-VA area; third-party vendors are not accepted.
