Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop systems for identity verification and fraud detection.
- Ship seller-facing experiences across onboarding and education.
- Build seller enrichment pipelines to guide seller paths.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to inform product decisions.
- Create and maintain scalable data pipelines and growth systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of generalist software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of multiple programming languages, preferably Python, Elixir, and JavaScript.
- Web development experience with React and GraphQL.
- Strong ownership instincts and ability to mentor others.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
