Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex, high-impact features in React web applications.
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects by defining technical approach and managing execution.
- Establish and uphold engineering standards through code reviews and mentorship.
- Partner with product managers and designers to influence product direction.
- Identify and drive improvements to tooling, testing, documentation, and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of delivering complex frontend projects.
- Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, React, and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Experience making architectural decisions and setting technical standards.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessible application patterns.
- Excellent communication skills for aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring engineers and elevating team capabilities.
- Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
