Responsibilities
- Define and maintain platform vision and strategy aligned with enterprise IT and business objectives.
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure designs follow platform standards and leading practices.
- Develop governance frameworks for instance strategy, integrations, and data models.
- Facilitate platform governance forums and drive consistent decisions across teams and partners.
- Anticipate and mitigate scalability, performance, and technical-debt risks.
- Influence leading-practice adoption across customer, partner, and ServiceNow teams.
- Provide structured feedback to ServiceNow product and engineering teams.
- Engage executive stakeholders to influence platform direction and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience applying or critically evaluating AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership.
- Proven experience engaging executives to influence platform direction and business outcomes.
- Track record defining multi-workflow, enterprise-scale architectures and governance models.
- Ability to operate as a program-level architect and guide multiple teams and partners toward a unified vision.
- Expertise in platform strategy, integration patterns, and complex delivery governance.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect and other architecture or governance framework certifications are highly desirable.
