
Salesforce Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions, including Agentforce autonomous AI capabilities.
- Design and integrate scalable predictive and generative AI solutions while optimizing performance, resource consumption, and platform governor limits.
- Lead technical design sessions and document architectures aligned with client objectives and desired business outcomes.
- Provide technical oversight and governance for Salesforce projects, including coding standards, code reviews, and design patterns.
- Manage technical delivery for custom development, integrations, and data migration components of Salesforce implementations.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance and business value for customer use cases.
- Debug project issues, interpret system logs, and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in pre-sales discovery, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept development when needed.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
- Maintain target billable utilization and travel to client sites approximately 50–75%.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent proven experience is required.
- 9–14 years of CRM experience, including a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds, and Agentforce architecture.
- Experience designing scalable, performance-driven systems and understanding large data volume limitations, data distribution, and data skew risks.
- Knowledge of data sharing, visibility, platform authentication patterns, and secure configuration using SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with business systems using data integration tools, ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with platform security capabilities including TLS and SSL.
- Practical fluency with AI coding assistants and modern development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
- Expert experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps between current and desired states, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Strong background designing and developing large web-based systems or exposure to the complete software product lifecycle.
- Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to obtain relevant certifications after hire.
