Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for ServiceNow SAM and HAM, focusing on key processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze and automate asset management workflows.
- Oversee integrations with core systems to ensure accurate data flow.
- Build and maintain integrations with SaaS connectors and custom integrations.
- Implement automated workflows for hardware lifecycle management.
- Manage Cloud Cost Management workflows for AWS and GCP.
- Design dashboards and Performance Analytics widgets for reporting.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on SAM and HAM.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS–SAM or CIS–HAM preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITAM business processes and platform configuration.
- Expertise in the ServiceNow SAM data model and its relationship with CMDB.
- Proven experience with Cloud Cost Management for AWS and GCP.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS connectors and custom integrations.
- Technical proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and tools.
- Familiarity with discovery tools and their role in normalization.
