Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, development, and coordination of software development projects and work teams.
- Prepare functional specifications, design notes, use cases, task flows, test scenarios, and migration considerations.
- Conduct design reviews, develop prototypes, estimate assigned work, and provide technical leadership.
- Write documented, performant code and participate in code reviews.
- Create and run unit tests, deliver automated tests to QA, and test across multiple configurations.
- Coordinate with QA, publications, project teams, and customers while sharing technical information and responding to information requests.
Requirements
- Experience developing software and supporting software development projects at a mid-experience level.
- Strong experience with Java, OData, JSP, Oracle or PostgreSQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Ext JS, and Angular.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle, software development practices, process improvement, and project management.
- Ability to provide technical consultation, make business-aware technical decisions, and work directly with customers.
