Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the finance intelligence ecosystem.
- Build AI-powered dashboards and reporting tools for financial insights.
- Integrate various financial systems and ensure data flows seamlessly.
- Establish data governance and access controls for the ecosystem.
- Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities across finance processes.
- Collaborate with CFO organization members to define requirements and project direction.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of software, data, or AI/ML engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python and strong data engineering skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to evaluate AI tools rigorously using real finance data.
- Genuine curiosity about finance data and its applications.
- Experience building data-backed applications with proper governance.
- Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
