Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, maintain, integrate, deploy, and implement software applications.
- Analyze functional requirements with business teams and provide effort estimates for assigned use cases and requirements.
- Test applications, correct defects, optimize performance, and participate in code reviews.
- Manage development, testing, and QA environments and collaborate with testing teams to resolve incidents.
- Lead specific automation and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support and guidance to less-experienced team members.
Requirements
- Professional university degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required; candidates without a professional university degree will not be considered.
- Four to six years of software development experience is required.
- Experience designing, programming, testing, and implementing applications is required.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and programming best practices is required.
- Experience integrating applications and resolving technical incidents is required.
- Experience in agile environments is desirable.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, customer and results orientation, effective communication, and continuous-learning ability are expected.
