Base Salary
$190k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Pioneer the agent experience by designing interfaces and protocols for AI interactions.
- Ship end-to-end experiences across API, SDK, CLI, and web surfaces.
- Build systems that enhance team output and efficiency.
- Set standards for AI-assisted development within the team.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to meet user needs.
- Develop observable systems with monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
- A bias toward automation and leveraging tools over manual effort.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools in your workflow.
- Proven ability to design and deliver versioned APIs and SDKs.
- Proficiency in building web interfaces with React or similar technologies.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong intuition for user-friendly API design for both humans and agents.
