Responsibilities
- Design, implement, integrate, enhance, and operate software solutions supporting business-critical processes.
- Analyze business, technical, regulatory, and security requirements and translate them into sustainable IT solutions.
- Develop solution and integration architectures considering cybersecurity, compliance, resilience, and enterprise standards.
- Configure, optimize, and integrate applications and platforms within the existing IT landscape.
- Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met and support audits.
- Operate stable, secure, and cost-efficient services, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Analyze and resolve disruptions and continuously improve applications, interfaces, and operational processes.
- Plan and manage projects, migrations, and transformation initiatives, including budgets, resources, and risks.
- Manage service providers and software vendors and monitor service quality, KPIs, and contractual performance.
- Manage budgets and licenses and maintain complete functional, technical, and operational documentation, including tests, releases, and go-lives.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience with business-critical enterprise applications and software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, solution design, and application lifecycle management.
- Understanding of application architectures, system integrations, and IT infrastructures.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with IT service management processes and ITIL-related operating models.
- Experience in project, budget, license, contract, and service-provider management.
- Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to connect business and IT.
- Very good German and English skills at least at C1 level.
- Experience in regulated or critical-infrastructure environments and knowledge of security or physical security systems are advantageous.
