Responsibilities

Design, implement, integrate, enhance, and operate software solutions supporting business-critical processes.
Analyze business, technical, regulatory, and security requirements and translate them into sustainable IT solutions.
Develop solution and integration architectures considering cybersecurity, compliance, resilience, and enterprise standards.
Configure, optimize, and integrate applications and platforms within the existing IT landscape.
Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met and support audits.
Operate stable, secure, and cost-efficient services, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
Analyze and resolve disruptions and continuously improve applications, interfaces, and operational processes.
Plan and manage projects, migrations, and transformation initiatives, including budgets, resources, and risks.
Manage service providers and software vendors and monitor service quality, KPIs, and contractual performance.
Manage budgets and licenses and maintain complete functional, technical, and operational documentation, including tests, releases, and go-lives.

Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience with business-critical enterprise applications and software solutions.
Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, solution design, and application lifecycle management.
Understanding of application architectures, system integrations, and IT infrastructures.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with IT service management processes and ITIL-related operating models.
Experience in project, budget, license, contract, and service-provider management.
Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to connect business and IT.
Very good German and English skills at least at C1 level.
Experience in regulated or critical-infrastructure environments and knowledge of security or physical security systems are advantageous.

Fixed-term employment for two years, full-time at 37 hours per week.
