Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, integrate, enhance, and operate software solutions supporting business-critical processes.
  • Analyze business, technical, regulatory, and security requirements and translate them into sustainable IT solutions.
  • Develop solution and integration architectures considering cybersecurity, compliance, resilience, and enterprise standards.
  • Configure, optimize, and integrate applications and platforms within the existing IT landscape.
  • Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met and support audits.
  • Operate stable, secure, and cost-efficient services, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • Analyze and resolve disruptions and continuously improve applications, interfaces, and operational processes.
  • Plan and manage projects, migrations, and transformation initiatives, including budgets, resources, and risks.
  • Manage service providers and software vendors and monitor service quality, KPIs, and contractual performance.
  • Manage budgets and licenses and maintain complete functional, technical, and operational documentation, including tests, releases, and go-lives.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience with business-critical enterprise applications and software solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, solution design, and application lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of application architectures, system integrations, and IT infrastructures.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with IT service management processes and ITIL-related operating models.
  • Experience in project, budget, license, contract, and service-provider management.
  • Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to connect business and IT.
  • Very good German and English skills at least at C1 level.
  • Experience in regulated or critical-infrastructure environments and knowledge of security or physical security systems are advantageous.
