Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end web, mobile, API, and data features using React/Next.js, React Native, ASP.NET Core, and PostgreSQL.
- Deliver mobile, teleconsultation, medication management, feedback and survey, and AI assistant features.
- Build and maintain integrations with labs, EHRs, imaging systems, pharmacies, payers, and medical devices using healthcare and service integration standards.
- Map, validate, reconcile, quarantine, and replay partner data using FHIR resources and related integration workflows.
- Implement long-running clinical workflows, event messaging, idempotency, and outbox patterns.
- Connect secure, permission-scoped AI assistant tools to care services with clinician approval controls.
- Implement tenant-, patient-, and purpose-based access controls, secure authentication, consent, mTLS, and OAuth.
- Package and deploy containerized services to Kubernetes through CI/CD and GitOps with health checks and autoscaling.
- Protect patient data, write unit and integration tests, review code, mentor engineers, and participate in required meetings and training.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong C# and .NET skills, including ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and Web API.
- Strong React and TypeScript skills with Next.js, plus React Native experience.
- Hands-on healthcare integration experience with at least one of FHIR, HL7v2, or DICOM.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, REST or GraphQL, messaging and event-driven systems, and OIDC/OAuth2.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes on GKE or AKS, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating LLM or AI features through model APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, or tool calling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience includes Temporal or another workflow engine, Mirth Connect, HAPI FHIR, WebRTC/LiveKit, OPA, and HIPAA or data privacy.
