Responsibilities
- RAG・AIエージェントを含むAgentic AIサービスの設計・実装を行う。
- ReactやVue.jsなどを用いたフロントエンド開発と、Python、Node.js、C#などを用いたバックエンドAPI開発を行う。
- Azure、AWS、GCPなどのクラウド基盤や、Microsoft Fabric、Databricks、Snowflakeなどのデータ基盤を活用・構築する。
- AIサービスの評価、監視、追跡、ガードレール設計、Human in the Loop、エージェント運用管理などを行う。
- コンテキストエンジニアリング、モデル最適化、ファインチューニング、AI駆動開発や開発プロセスの自動化に取り組む。
- お客様への技術説明、PoC支援、改善提案などのクライアント対応を行う。
- 担当機能・モジュールの実装と品質に責任を持ち、エンタープライズレベルのAIシステムを本番運用可能な形で実現する。
Requirements
- PythonとGitを使用した開発経験が必要。
- ソフ トウェアエンジニアリング経験とWebアプリケーション開発経験が必要。
- RAGやAIエージェントなど、AIソリューションに関する基本的な理解が必要。
- ビジネスレベルの日本語能力が必要。
- 仕事内容に記載されたAIプラットフォーム、フロントエンド、バックエンド、クラウド、データ基盤、AI運用などのスキル・実務経験が歓迎される。
- 相手を尊重したコミュニケーション、最新技術を学び続ける姿勢、提案型の課題解決力、変化への柔軟性が求められる。
