Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a development team.
- Design, implement, support, and improve scalable sanctions software solutions.
- Develop hands-on using Java, Spring Boot, TomEE, Angular, AWS services, and Terraform.
- Design database schemas, queries, and stored procedures and perform SQL-based data integration.
- Create technical inventories of integrations, services, and dependencies and evaluate upgrade, remediation, and migration paths.
- Use Rally or similar tools to plan, track, and report project delivery.
- Integrate data from diverse sources using DataStage and support ETL processes.
- Conduct code reviews, oversee quality assurance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of hands-on development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead on Java development projects.
- Strong proficiency in Java, TomEE, SQL, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, and Terraform.
- Experience with Rally or similar project management tools.
- Strong SQL knowledge for database interactions.
- Preferred expertise in DataStage, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Knowledge of sanctions screening processes is a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
