Base Salary
$180k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead client technical deep-dive sessions to map data landscapes, business processes, and pain points to production-grade AI workflows.
- Build, deploy, and maintain custom multi-agent AI systems using Python and Tessera’s AI tools.
- Analyze, clean, and transform customer data for live AI workflows and lead complex data migration projects.
- Architect and execute production-ready integrations with edge systems.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for strategic enterprise clients and communicate milestones, outcomes, and insights.
- Share customer engagement feedback with Product and Engineering teams to shape the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a related field.
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Proven experience executing or supporting complex data migration projects.
- Hands-on experience building new integrations with edge systems.
- Strong foundational knowledge of statistics, business analytics, or data science principles.
- Proficiency with Python for data manipulation, scripting, automation, and system integrations, including libraries such as Pandas or NumPy.
- Proficiency using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Understanding of APIs and modern production software communication, with comfort working in Microsoft D365 CRM and SAP S/4 HANA.
- Foundational understanding of large language models and secure, effective enterprise AI applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to operate under ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Highly coachable, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt.
