Base Salary
$180k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical deep-dive sessions with clients to analyze their data landscapes and business processes.
- Build, deploy, and maintain custom multi-agent AI systems using Python and Tessera’s AI tools.
- Analyze, clean, and transform customer data for live AI workflows and execute complex data migration projects.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Gather insights from client engagements to inform product and engineering teams about platform improvements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Proven experience in executing complex data migration projects and building integrations with edge systems.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites 1 to 3 times a month, primarily within the U.S.
- Comfortable writing Python scripts for data problems and system integrations.
