Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with customer analysts and operators to identify key questions, operational friction, and mission needs.
- Locate and evaluate relevant datasets and partner with engineers to develop reliable, scalable data pipelines.
- Design tailored customer workflows and support adoption through training and enablement sessions.
- Present findings, recommendations, demonstrations, and product capabilities to technical and executive audiences.
- Diagnose customer and project issues, remove bottlenecks, and implement practical fixes.
- Track project progress and metrics while delivering initiatives on schedule, within budget, and to a high quality standard.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, product, and other Accrete teams to incorporate field lessons into broader product offerings.
- Evaluate opportunities in new industries and geographies and contribute to process improvement.
Requirements
- Current US security clearance at the top secret level or above.
- Willingness to travel 25%–40% or work onsite with customers 40%–75% of the time, depending on team and location.
- Comfort working independently on open-ended problems in unstructured, fast-moving environments.
- Strong organizational skills, judgment, attention to detail, and project tracking ability.
- Clear communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical tools such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is a plus.
- Experience with AI prompt engineering and agent building.
