Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work on site with customer analysts and operators to understand operational questions and workflow friction.
- Locate and evaluate relevant datasets and partner with engineers to incorporate them into reliable, scalable pipelines.
- Design customer-specific workflows, run training and enablement sessions, and support product adoption.
- Present findings, recommendations, and product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences.
- Diagnose customer and product issues, remove blockers, and implement practical fixes.
- Track project progress, scope initiatives, improve processes, and deliver work on schedule, within budget, and at a high quality bar.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to incorporate field learnings into broader product offerings.
- Evaluate opportunities in new industries and geographies and continue developing relevant skills.
Requirements
- Current US security clearance at the top secret level or above.
- Willingness to travel 25% to 40% or work on a customer site 40% to 75% of the time, depending on team and location.
- Ability to work independently on open-ended problems in fast-moving, unstructured environments.
- Strong organization, judgment, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
- Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical tools such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is a plus.
- Experience with AI prompt engineering and agent building is valued.
