Responsibilities
- Define blockchain architecture vision across on-chain and off-chain systems, data, security, and integration.
- Drive multi-year roadmaps for tokenization, DeFi, cross-chain solutions, data platforms, and zero-knowledge adoption.
- Establish governance for smart contracts, data indexing, and interoperability standards across asset-management and enterprise systems.
- Architect, design, and build highly available, scalable, resilient multi-chain applications and platform components.
- Deliver secure blockchain data ingestion, indexing, querying, analytics, lineage, and governance capabilities.
- Optimize gas usage, latency, node topology, capacity, operational risk, and total cost of ownership.
- Evaluate, prototype, and recommend open-source, vendor, and emerging technologies and platforms.
- Define engineering maturity practices involving patterns, SLAs, KPIs, security posture, and observability.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and participate in cross-company technology initiatives.
- Use Agile methodologies including Kanban and Scrum.
Requirements
- BE or MCA degree.
- 15+ years of software or architecture experience.
- 5+ years of blockchain experience spanning EVM and at least one non-EVM platform.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain and full-stack development.
- Deep knowledge of EVM internals, Solidity, cross-chain interoperability, blockchain data engineering, performance optimization, security assurance, zero-knowledge systems, Layer 2 technologies, enterprise integration, cloud architecture, and observability.
- Proficiency with Solidity plus multiple languages including Rust, Go, Java, Python, and Node.js.
- Experience with tools and platforms including Kafka, Flink or Spark, ClickHouse or Snowflake, GraphQL or gRPC APIs, Slither, MythX, Echidna, Foundry, AWS or Azure, and JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, and Git.
- Strong architecture documentation, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Preferred experience with real-world asset tokenization, wallet/MPC/custody integration, data governance, financial services domains, privacy-enhancing techniques, accelerator or incubator environments, MPC, threshold signatures, and hardware security modules.
