Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between LLM platforms, AI tooling, and internal identity, ticketing, endpoint, and collaboration systems.
- Own internal automation bots and agents that streamline IT operations workflows.
- Support enterprise AI platform deployment, including application registrations, authentication and authorization flows, secrets management, and cloud-hosted proxy services.
- Build and maintain identity and endpoint management tooling, deployment pipelines, remediation scripts, and reporting integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration failures across identity, endpoint management, AI tooling, authentication, SSO, and connector layers.
- Design integrations with audit trails, access controls, governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory review requirements in mind.
- Document architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures and advise the Director of IT on the Platforms, Tools & AI function.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of systems engineering, integrations engineering, or platform engineering experience with production ownership.
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and understanding agentic tooling, tool-calling, and AI integration protocols.
- Strong scripting or programming ability in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with enterprise identity platforms, directory and API-based identity management, application registrations, authentication flows, conditional access, and directory management.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerized services, secrets management, and major cloud provider platforms.
- Familiarity with endpoint and device management platforms for macOS and Windows fleets.
- Experience designing integrations for regulated environments, audit, access control, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, technical writing, communication, independent prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with ITSM and ticketing platforms and APIs, chat-native internal collaboration bots, AI governance frameworks such as ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, or OWASP Agentic Top 10, and gaming, sports betting, or other regulated industries.
