Responsibilities
- Partner with key Technical Stakeholders to identify and document requirements for deploying new systems.
- Manage technical stakeholder approval for all technical designs and optimizations.
- Develop and support the creation of technical materials such as solution documents and performance documents.
- Coordinate with the technical team on design, delivery, and support.
- Organize and facilitate application technical test plans and test cases.
- Provide ongoing application system maintenance and problem resolution.
Requirements
- University degree in IT, Business Information System or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in e-commerce architecture.
- Experience with e-commerce solutions implementations in an international context.
- Multi-cultural project experience.
- Technical lead and time management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, OMS, Core, or Marketing Cloud.
- Strong technical sense and operational experience.
- Ability to bridge business and technical communities.
- Strong organization, planning, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
