Responsibilities
- Identify and document requirements for deploying new global and regional systems with technical stakeholders
- Manage technical stakeholder approval for technical designs and optimizations
- Create technical, architectural, solution, and performance documentation
- Coordinate technical design, delivery, and support activities with the technical team
- Organize and facilitate application technical test plans and test cases, including performance and load testing
- Provide ongoing application maintenance and resolve system problems with internal and external support teams
Requirements
- University degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years of e-commerce architecture experience
- Experience implementing e-commerce solutions in an international and multicultural context
- Technical leadership, time management, organization, planning, communication, project management, and presentation skills
- In-depth working knowledge of Salesforce in one or more of Commerce Cloud and OMS, Core, or Marketing Cloud
- Strong technical and operational experience with the ability to bridge business and technical communities
- Fluent written and spoken English
- French fluency and experience with SAFe are preferred
