Responsibilities

Solve complex technical problems and deliver scalable, maintainable software solutions with minimal supervision.
Design, code, review, and optimize critical software components and services.
Implement architectural patterns and design standards with stakeholders.
Drive Agile, Lean, DevOps, automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment practices.
Embed security, reliability, scalability, performance, and observability throughout architecture and development.
Promote secure coding practices and security controls across the software development lifecycle.
Serve as a technical bridge between engineering, QA, and other teams to design testing strategies and enable high-quality delivery.
Use modern platforms, frameworks, and open-source technologies to optimize cost and flexibility.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1–4 years of professional software development experience with hands-on coding across multiple technology stacks.
Proficiency with Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Python, or Golang, plus HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
Experience with automated testing frameworks including Jasmine, Jest, Karma, JUnit, or PyTest.
Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices architecture, responsive UI development, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Proficiency with Docker and containerization technologies, plus familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Knowledge of Git-based version control, Linux fundamentals, debugging, secure coding standards, and observability practices.
Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
Preferred experience with gRPC, Kubernetes, Grafana, event-driven systems, ML/AI platforms, UX/UI design principles, and UML.
Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, decision-making, stakeholder management, and continuous-improvement skills.

Office presence is required four days per week.
