Responsibilities

  • Solve complex technical problems and deliver scalable, maintainable software solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Design, code, review, and optimize critical software components and services.
  • Implement architectural patterns and design standards with stakeholders.
  • Drive Agile, Lean, DevOps, automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment practices.
  • Embed security, reliability, scalability, performance, and observability throughout architecture and development.
  • Promote secure coding practices and security controls across the software development lifecycle.
  • Serve as a technical bridge between engineering, QA, and other teams to design testing strategies and enable high-quality delivery.
  • Use modern platforms, frameworks, and open-source technologies to optimize cost and flexibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of professional software development experience with hands-on coding across multiple technology stacks.
  • Proficiency with Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Python, or Golang, plus HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks including Jasmine, Jest, Karma, JUnit, or PyTest.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices architecture, responsive UI development, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
  • Proficiency with Docker and containerization technologies, plus familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Knowledge of Git-based version control, Linux fundamentals, debugging, secure coding standards, and observability practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
  • Preferred experience with gRPC, Kubernetes, Grafana, event-driven systems, ML/AI platforms, UX/UI design principles, and UML.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, decision-making, stakeholder management, and continuous-improvement skills.
