Responsibilities
- Define requirements and design applications to meet business process and application needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and translate their needs into functional design solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with or manage teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions.
- Design and implement Workday solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM is required.
- Experience in Workday HCM Security and Workday Security is required.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management is required.
- Experience designing and implementing Workday solutions is required.
- Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification is required; specialized-skill certification is optional.
