Responsibilities
- Design and ship features for user insights into LLM usage and performance.
- Integrate and collect data from major model providers like OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Develop robust open-source libraries for tracing LLM calls in customer applications.
- Build real-time data pipelines for ingesting and querying AI usage data.
- Collaborate with product engineers to deliver end-to-end features for customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience across multiple parts of the stack.
- Strong systems thinking with experience in infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in modern backend technologies such as Node.js, Go, Python, and AWS.
- Experience with observability tooling like Grafana or Datadog.
- Comfortable with ambiguous problems and effective in cross-company collaboration.
- Clear communicator who documents decisions and shares context.
