Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex technical problems and lead architectural reviews across multiple teams.
- Act as a part-time product manager for technology, advocating for critical infrastructure upgrades.
- Craft exceptional, scalable products and code, balancing speed of execution and scalability.
- Establish best practices for automated testing, CI/CD, and high-quality code.
- Architect elegant, flexible solutions for high-level technical and business problems.
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling complex engineering solutions.
- Proven production experience in Django/DRF and React/Next.js or similar technologies.
- Ability to operate at a high level of abstraction and translate product goals into technical roadmaps.
- Versatile background in building consumer-facing products and expertise in operational systems.
- Proficient in using coding tools and LLMs to accelerate development and mentor the team.
- Commitment to creating a respectful, low-ego team environment.
