Responsibilities
- Design and develop components and applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related frameworks.
- Design, develop, and remediate technical and architecture-related business application topics for MS Dynamics CRM.
- Develop Dynamics 365 customizations, configurations, web resources, plugins, integrations, and Power Platform applications.
- Provide technical support and help junior developers grow their technical capabilities.
- Define and implement technical standards, architecture practices, workload estimates, quality controls, and toolchains.
- Coordinate with different technical teams and contribute to technical strategy.
- Support team management, reporting, scheduling, incident management, change management, and process implementation.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, developer communities, and broader IT collaboration across BNP Paribas worldwide.
Requirements
- 9.1–12 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including online and on-premise deployments, customization, and configuration.
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 web resources with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins with C# and .NET.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, FetchXML, Power Platform, Power Apps, Customer Insights, and Azure Service Bus.
- Knowledge of Azure ecosystem architecture, technical standards, workload estimation, development quality, toolchain implementation, and technical team training.
- Experience with team management, analysis and reporting, scheduling and planning, incident management, change management, and process implementation.
- Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery, with training skills and experience using ticketing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to collaborate, make decisions, influence others, and demonstrate attention to detail.
