Responsibilities
- Design and develop components and applications using varied technologies and frameworks.
- Customize, configure, and develop plugins and web resources for Dynamics 365.
- Provide technical and architecture support for MS Dynamics CRM business applications.
- Contribute to Real Estate IT strategy, technical standards, workload estimation, and Azure ecosystem architecture.
- Coordinate with technical teams and help guarantee development quality.
- Support toolchain implementation, technical training, incident management, change management, and process implementation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to developer communities across the organization.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support the organization’s agile-at-scale approach.
Requirements
- 9.1–12 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Expert-level experience with MS Dynamics 365, including On-Premise and Online deployments, customization, configuration, web resources, and plugin development.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C# .NET, REST APIs, SQL Server Data Tools, SSIS, SSRS, FetchXML, Power Platform, Power Apps, Customer Insight, and Azure Service Bus.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 best-practice implementation, Azure ecosystem architecture, technical standards, workload estimation, technical team coordination, development quality assurance, toolchain implementation, and technical training.
- Experience with team management, analysis and reporting, load scheduling and planning, incident management, change management, and process implementation.
- Deep understanding of Scrum Agile, training skills, adaptability, and experience with ticketing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team, make decisions, influence others, and maintain attention to detail.
