Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations between business systems using Workato and Python.
- Implement AI agents that enrich prospect and customer data, monitor deal health, and track competitive mentions.
- Develop MCP-style tools and connectors that safely expose business-system data and actions to LLMs.
- Integrate REST and SOAP APIs using JSON and XML, including tool-calling interfaces for agents.
- Apply ETL and data modeling techniques to create AI-ready and analytics-ready data flows.
- Write SQL scripts to analyze datasets, debug pipelines, and evaluate agent performance.
- Productionize proof-of-concepts from Gemini Enterprise, OpenAI, and Anthropic into reliable workflows.
- Document integrations, agents, and data contracts for reuse and maintenance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience working with an integration platform, with Workato strongly preferred when multiple platforms are used.
- At least 2 years of experience with an object-oriented language, preferably Python.
- Experience integrating REST and SOAP APIs using JSON and XML documents.
- Experience with ETL techniques and data modeling approaches.
- Experience writing SQL scripts to analyze datasets and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with at least one major SaaS business system such as Salesforce or NetSuite.
- Fluency in English.
- Hands-on experience with LLM or AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI is preferred.
- Experience building API-calling tools or agents and implementing function-calling or MCP-style patterns is preferred.
- Knowledge of data objects and APIs for Salesforce, Gong, Snowflake, Marketo, and/or Slack is preferred.
- Familiarity with GTM and RevOps concepts and interest in growing into AI and integration architecture are preferred.
