Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve business processes while developing and implementing solutions for business needs.
- Design and enhance database-backed capabilities and applications supporting the Billing Department.
- Gather information, analyze findings, document ideas, and communicate actionable outputs.
- Prioritize tasks according to business requirements and monitor deliverables through timely completion.
- Provide production support and support corporate information security and control initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or experience working in the financial sector.
- Strong database analysis and design experience with hands-on SQL and ETL expertise.
- Experience with a relational database, an ETL tool, a programming language, and a reporting tool.
- Production support experience, including change management, incident management, or application support.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments and lead or support successful projects.
- Experience with GitHub, Artifactory, and business continuity or disaster recovery support is preferred.
