Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, publish, support, and operate web applications.
- Build highly available, scalable, maintainable, and monitored solutions using AWS and related cloud technologies.
- Develop Python microservices, serverless applications, data models, data warehouses, APIs, and database solutions.
- Implement automated unit, functional, security, load, and performance testing.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments across development, QA, and production environments.
- Coach, mentor, and enable other developers.
- Provide guidance for product roadmaps, understand business application potential, and support customer and stakeholder needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a relevant field.
- 4–6 years of software development experience across the full development lifecycle.
- Strong expertise in big data technologies, data analysis, data modeling, data warehousing, and large-scale data engineering system design.
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, TypeScript, AWS, Pytest, and Palantir Foundry.
- Experience with Python microservices, serverless AWS applications, AWS services, CDK with CloudFormation, SQL and NoSQL databases, and API development.
- Experience with test automation, test-driven development, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and DevOps-oriented tools.
- Preferred experience with React, Jenkins, Docker, Nexus, Artifactory, GitHub, VersionOne, Splunk, Postman, Cucumber, Selenium, and aircraft systems.
- Advanced English is required; French knowledge is an advantage.
