Responsibilities
- Resolve Trial Interactive operations escalations with Client Service Representatives and Solutions Engineers.
- Assist with data migration using predefined utilities and processes.
- Prepare and execute PDC and IQ test scripts and build QA scripts for migrations and special projects.
- Write technical documentation for special projects and new processes.
- Execute database scripts for reporting-system enhancements.
- Assist with production server maintenance, application version deployments, and development of large-scale, highly available systems.
- Create custom eLearning videos for internal and client use on eTMF and SSU modules.
- Use AI tools for scripting, troubleshooting, QA, data analysis, documentation, and rapid prototyping.
- Review and validate AI-generated code, scripts, test cases, and documentation for accuracy, security, privacy, and compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or equivalent.
- General knowledge of web application development, SOA, and web services.
- Coursework experience in the relevant field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, shell scripts, Adobe applications, and Windows operating systems.
- Working knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI limitations.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or comparable AI tools.
- Awareness of responsible AI use and validation in a regulated GxP environment.
- Strong written and spoken English communication, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Desired familiarity with HTTP, REST, JSON, IIS, web services, web application development, MSSQL, TSQL, XML, C#, shell scripting, and Python.
- Desired experience building AI-assisted prototypes or integrating AI/LLM APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock.
