Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise risk, audit, and compliance customers to understand workflows and identify opportunities for agentic automation.
- Run discovery workshops, rapidly prototype solutions, test with practitioners, and improve agents until they are reliable enough for production use.
- Write code and build evaluation infrastructure, golden datasets, guardrails, tracing, and observability for AI agents.
- Detect model-update regressions, context-window degradation, prompt instability, and nondeterministic outputs across complex workflows.
- Feed customer insights into the product roadmap and engineering decisions while generalizing patterns instead of creating bespoke builds.
Requirements
- Have shipped at least one production AI agent.
- Understand the full Agent Development Life Cycle, including evaluation, guardrails, observability, and regression management.
- Be comfortable working with senior risk and audit stakeholders as well as debugging failing agent traces.
- Demonstrate curiosity about risk management, internal audit, and compliance workflows and the judgment to distinguish agent-suitable workflows from simpler solutions.
- Be willing to travel regularly to enterprise customer sites across Europe and the US.
